#418: Dial option parsing (Fixed)

Dial parses option anywhere in its argument.

Example: Dial(SIP/foobar,60,M(test^procARG)) R will be interpret as ‘R’—wait for # to be pressed before bridging the call

Fixed in trunk as long as you use the new, alternative Dial syntax. See the callweaver-dev mailing list and the changeset comments for why you really, REALLY want to use the new syntax.
